Kim Schenck is the Assistant Director, Business Development at the University of Dayton's Center for Leadership. She oversees the growth, expansion, and retention of the center’s base of organizational partners. Prior to joining the UDCL team, Kim spent over 22 years in the hospitality industry in sales and management/leadership capacities. Kim has a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University with a major in Animal Sciences and a minor in Human Development and Family Science. 2023 is Kim's first year active with MVHRA.
